THINGS TO REMEMBER!
- Things will go fast. Be prepared with a list. Read all Desi’s most recent post to make it as stress-free as possible.
- Just because you request your orders to be combined does NOT mean they will all fit into one box. Sometimes you may have 2 orders, ask for them to be combined, and still receive 2 boxes. I can/will only fit what I can safely pack into one box. To request your orders be combined, email Desi ( desi@teddybeeswaxco.com ) and include your order numbers and the name on the orders.
- Our processing time is 7 to 10 business days. That means that your order will leave my workshop no later than 10 business days. PLEASE allow 10 business days to pass before worrying your order has not shipped! I will try to schedule tracking to go out as late as I can in the shipping process. It seems like customers getting their tracking email a couple days before it actually gets dropped off, or customers not getting tracking until the end of the shipping period is the main cause for concern every time. I have explained the myriad of reasons your tracking number may not update DURING the shipping period, or why you may not receive tracking until the end. I will be updating the SHIPPING section of the website as soon as I am done posting this list - to include this in full detail for anyone to refer back to if they have any questions!
- If you have any special shipping instructions or requests, please make sure Desi is aware of them prior to the start of shipping. Once shipping begins, and your order has been printed, it is difficult to locate where in the shipping process it is to make any changes.
- Reward points are not given until your order has been fulfilled.
- Please allow up to 1 week for all shipping overage refunds to be processed.
