January Pre-Order UPDATE!

Update!

Well guys it looks like I am going to need a few more days of pouring. I was so close to meeting the usual deadline! I am super bummed that I must use some of my extra time, but I am actually very please with the amount of product I have been able to pour in single day by myself. It has given me such a relief to know that with just a few minor tweaks I can still have these amazing large preorders for you guys until I get me a new helper.

I have definitely figured out where I can improve productivity and ensure the TAT is met as usual! First thing being a bigger melter! Not having to wait for wax to melt and having a steady flow of wax ready to go will literally give me 3-4 hours more pour time in a day. Also just shortening the scent list by 10 or so will help a ton.

So, since I am going to need a few days this week to finish up pouring and packaging the last of the blends. I am going to start my printing at the end of the week. In all honestly, I think we could still get it all done and everything shipped out by the end of next week. BUT, that kinda leaves no room for error and I just think at this point it would be better just to go with the secondary dates Desi posted in the Pre-Order Schedule.

I am going to try to work on all my printing a little each night this week to get a jump start on that so maybe we can start getting packages out prior to the drop off dates. Remember that I have started scheduling my shipping emails to go out right before I know we are going to drop them that way they do not sit in pre-shipment during the pulling and packing part.

New post office drop dates will be Monday and Tuesday 4/4 & 4/5.
